1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlanetIQ ("the Platform"), a product of Belfly Global, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform. Enterprise access is granted under a separate agreement with your organisation.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or compromise the Platform.
• Do not upload malicious code or infringe the rights of others.
• Do not misuse AI outputs to mislead, defame or violate applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, models, software, trademarks and materials on the Platform are owned by Belfly Global or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the Platform, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. AI Outputs

PlanetIQ produces predictive and analytical outputs that are probabilistic in nature. Outputs are intended to support, not replace, human decision-making. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on Platform outputs.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services and data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or terms of any third-party service.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belfly Global and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or as required by law. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of London, United Kingdom.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
